HUANG NEE NEE (SARAH)
Sarah holds a double degree in Bachelor of Law (Hons) (L.L.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. In the spirit of expanding her knowledge in the legal field, Sarah started her career by undergoing pupillage at one of the oldest firms in West Malaysia and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1999. She was then admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2000.
She has been with Messrs Lind Willie Wong & Chin since 2001. With more than two decades of experiences under her belt, she is experienced in the areas of real estate planning, construction and management, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and collaborations, conveyancing and leasing, corporate and commercial contracts and many more. Sarah also provides strategic advice to leading banks and financial institutions on the structuring and offer of complex commercial and corporate loans from project financing to corporate and retail, both Islamic and conventional banking, and on the collaterals of different natures.
In short, Sarah’s meticulous approach and dedication to client services ensure that all legal aspects of an instruction are handled with precision and best practice.
