Christopher Chong

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) (L.L.B.) from Bond University, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Subsequently, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 1998 upon completing his pupillage in West Malaysia.

Thereafter, Christopher commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Lind Willie Wong & Chin (previously known as Skinner Lind Willie Wong & Chin) and has been with the firm ever since. He was called to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1999. 

With over two decades of experience, he has frequently appeared on behalf of clients at various stages of proceedings in Malaysian civil courts, and the Industrial Court. Christopher practises a wide range of areas of law, encompassing general litigation, foreclosure actions, contractual disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, defamation, medical and professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud litigation, personal injury, construction dispute resolution, employment and industrial relations, shipping and maritime, and alternative dispute resolution.
