Kate Hwa is a Civil Litigation / Dispute Resolution Lawyer who has completed her pupillage in one of the largest law firms in West Malaysia and has been admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in February 2021. Subsequent thereto, she completed another pupillage by reading in chambers of Messrs. Lind Willie Wong & Chin and has been admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak as an Advocate and Solicitor in October 2021. 

Since then, she has been working with Messrs. Lind Willie Wong & Chin in areas such as Employment and Industrial Relations, Medical Negligence, Professional Negligence, Defamation, Contractual Disputes, Debt Recovery, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Foreclosure.
